The Best of Florida program starts with the community. Anyone can nominate a business for free, and winners are chosen mainly by the votes they receive. The Guide's team then reviews the votes and checks that winners are in good standing before they are announced. There is no fee to be nominated or to win.
"Our Orlando team works hard to make this a place where professionals can focus and grow their business," said Jon Pirtle, President and CEO of e|spaces. "Knowing Florida readers noticed, and took the time to vote, is something we're proud of."
The location has been open since 2021 at 333 S Garland Ave, Floor 13, on the corner of South Garland Avenue and West South Street. Step outside and restaurants and downtown foot traffic are right there, with Lake Eola nearby.
Not everyone works the same way, so the space doesn't ask them to. Need a door that locks? Private offices run from a one person office up to a suite for 20, open 24/7. Prefer company? The collaborative area has ergonomic chairs, standing desks, and phone booths for calls. Meeting rooms can be booked by the hour, no membership needed. The WiFi is fast, the cafe is stocked, black and white printing is unlimited, and there is an IT helpdesk and parking on site. The location is also wheelchair accessible, so the space works for members and visitors of all abilities.
Business owners, remote professionals, and growing teams who want to see the space can schedule a tour at or call the Orlando location at 321.285.5645.
